We would like to thank you very much for a very good Project Controls Essentials Training. It’s very refreshing and interesting, and really thought us a lot to review and implement more the value of planning ahead using better WBS, schedule & cost on our projects, and involving our teams more during this process.

And most importantly, making us realize again the true meaning and value of learning and appreciating the PV, AC, EV, BAC, CV, SV, SPI, CPI, EAC, ETC, VAC methodologies & calculations to use it even more in our project controls, monitoring and forecasting.

Not that we don’t know of and use these before, but now, after these sessions from you, we tend to realize and appreciate better the true importance and value of these methodologies and process which can really help us in all of our project controls, monitoring and forecasting processes moving forward. Thank you very much for a job well done!

In my 15 years of experience in Project Controls, I came across various training books and tools but nothing compares to Project Control Academy’s training videos. It is very clear, concise and packs a ton of information in its 7 modules. It takes years to understand and master the concepts of project control; however, Shohreh has done a great job in presenting these complex concepts in easy to understand the step-by-step process. This is probably the most accurate and fastest way to become a “Project Control Professional

What I learned with Advanced Planning Analytics has propelled me into deploying advance functions like Earned Value using Primavera. This is one of the best courses that I have taken. Definitely worth it.

Charlotte Weiss

This was worth the investment, as I paid for it personally for my own development. I’ve been planning for 15 years in EV specific programs as a consultant, and have had great success configuring EV in both Open Plan and Microsoft Project. With that said, during this training, I actually had just started working in a Primavera EV system. This will be my first opportunity to make EV work in Primavera for a $300M project. The lessons from this training will be invaluable!

Excellent Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis class. It was very comprehensive and covered a wide array of topics. The icing on the cake throughout the entire class was Chris Carson sharing lessons learned from his 40+ year career. Thank you!

Ahmed Al-Shaer

It was not easy decision to go with the course from multi offered courses for delay analysis from different organizations. It was not an easy decision to go with the course from multiple offered courses for delay analysis from different organizations.

Two main factors were driving for me to go with this course:

1st one is that the instructor is Mr. Chris Carson who has a very long experience in this subject, in addition, Mr. Chris is developing many publications for AACE International related to delay analysis & scheduling.

The 2nd factor is this course aligned with AACEI’s Recommended Practice 29R-03 which rarely finds it with other similar courses.

I’m really excited about the experience I gained from this course especially with two case studies applied through Claims Triage Technique.

D.Dayanidhi

It is a unique course, not only it covers length and breadth of AACEI’s Recommended Practice 29R-03, but it is sprinkled & blended with Chris’s 40 years of Forensic Schedule Analysis expertise throughout the training modules

Chockalingam Vijayarengan

Good opportunity to learn this Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis course, an absolute fulfillment on AACE’s RP 29R-03 studies. Literally, we have been pre-occupied for a period of time during this travel with Chris Carson, an amazing and great professional experience.

A significant eye-opener on know-how about the methodologies, like to remember “knowledge can not be given, it has to be taken”, perhaps we have been given by Mr.Chris and like to thank Shohreh as well for this learning opportunity to study, implement and practice. The claim triage technique is really awesome.

Like to add an acknowledge, to whom you are real thirst to learn about delay analysis and this is the best opportunity to indulge with and to move forward.

I would like to thank Shohreh and especially Chris Carson for conducting such a knowledgeable and myth clearing course. I am happy that I am part of this endeavor. The first thing is that in 95% cases a person won’t find this course or even a similar course on the Internet and getting something from a mentor and authority like Chris is my luck and admiration for him. As a professional working in the field, I must say that this course clear many myths for me and that makes this course very important for advanced level students or knowledge seekers. The most mesmerizing of all was the Expert Witness session. At the end the cost-benefit ratio for this course is 100%, it’s a must do training for all the Planners, Cost Professionals, Claim Personals, Delay Analysts etc.

Hans du Toit
Costing and Planning Manager, South Africa

I had a difficult decision as, given the ROE, this course was going to cost me a fair amount of South African Rands that I would have to fork out of my own pocket.

Today I can say with confidence that it was money well spent for not only has Chris opened my eyes to properly understand the RP but he has shared intricate knowledge and experience that any other course will find hard to match. Chris shares some of the best advice and personally developed tricks that are jaw dropping.

Bruce Green
Senior Project Scheduler, USA

I recommend this course to clients, contractors, and those who want to learn more about delay analyses to enhance your knowledge, career, or to become an expert in the forensic schedule delay analysis. Prior to this course, the best way to learn delay analysis was to work directly for an attorney, and or a contracts manager, or from a consulting firm with a staff attorney specializing in claims

Rafael Socarras
Contract Manager, Chile

The information provided in the course sets the principles for analyzing delays and its causation in accordance with good engineering practices (AACE® International Recommended Practice No. 29R‐03). I highly appreciate all lessons and knowledge shared by Chris Carson and the great coordination of the sessions made by Shohreh Ghorbani. This training is a great contribution for the construction community. Highly suggested.

Hans du Toit
Costing and Planning Manager, South Africa

I must also say that the platform and the delivery method of this course really made me realize that classroom training is not necessarily a key requirement to be able to engage with the tutor. There is ample opportunity to engage through on-line questions and Chris has been very thorough in his responses. Despite the odd technical glitch, as is to be expected when one relies on Internet service providers, I commend Shohreh and the Project Control Academy team on the very pleasurable learning experience.

Hans du Toit

Forensic Schedule Analysis is a fairly new concept in the broader South African environment with not many experts to rub shoulders with. Despite my searches locally, and internationally, I did not find any hands-on training or mentoring in this environment.

Thankfully I came across AACE International whom had published the recommended practice for Forensic Schedule Analysis (RP 29R-03). However I, like many others, had to struggle through the RP by myself in an attempt to master the concepts . I must say that the RP was very intimidating to me and I found it difficult to truly grasp the concepts.

Great was my excitement when I noticed that this course was going to be presented by a person whom has not only participated in formulating the RP, but whom I have come to respect based on his involvement in just about every sphere of Project Controls and specifically Forensic Schedule Analysis.

I may have learned a little late in my life that, if you want to become the best you can at what you do, you have to invest in yourself.

Having done this course I am not yet a Forensic Schedule Analysis expert, but it has put me on course to become such an expert, if I will continue to yield to the expert guidance Chris has provided in this training.

I have 20+ years experience with the Main Contractor and now for 2+ years with the Lead Consultant, specifically in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, with the majority of my experience in Programming, Scheduling and Delay Analysis reports.

I see this course is really useful and has got lots of insights which the Planners should certainly learn. After reading the contents of the course materials, I’m able to improve my thinking process in analyzing the delays, and particularly the selection of right methodology of ‘delay analysis’ for the given circumstances.

THANK YOU one and all for this very valuable course, which filled in the gaps in my knowledge and clarified various doubts I had in ‘forensic schedule delay analysis’.

All the very best to the team…

Frankly, I was very hesitant to register for this course. The reason was that I am already a Forensic Schedule Delay Analyst with some good experience and cases under my belt, where I feared that this course will not add much to me.

Nevertheless, what encouraged me to register is that this course is delivered by Chris Carson, a thought leader in the industry and one of the drafters of AACE’s RP 29R-03.

After taking the course, I can confidently say that my fears were completely unfounded and I have extremely benefited from this course beyond what I have imagined.

Not only he shared his vast knowledge and know how on the subject, but Chris was extremely generous in sharing lessons learned from his 40+ years of experience. coupled with Shohreh’s support and a second to none platform this course, in my opinion, is the best in the market. I cannot over emphasis the value for money of this course.

Shohreh and Chris, I cannot thank you enough for this splendid course and for what you are doing for the industry.

Maria C. Alvarado Herrera

This Forensic Delay Analysis course has been an enriching experience, a training process that has added a great earned value to my professional development.

The structure of the course, based on the AACEI’s Recommended Practice 29R-03 has been perfect, covering all the subjects of this practice and clarifying any possible doubts that the participant may have.

The facilitator, Mr. Chris Carson is excellent with a vast experience in the subject; every word he has said during the course is pure knowledge. His explanations are clear and concise; the material annexed to each module enriches and solidifies the content of the course even more.

The online classes allow students to participate and interact directly with Mr. Chris Carson; and also remarkable that having an excellent platform with the possibility of accessing the videos at any time and from anywhere is a huge advantage for people like me who have limited time and to whom the time difference does not allow us to participate in the live sessions.

It has been a pleasant experience and I recommend it 100%.

Excellent Training! It was inspirational, motivating, innovating, brought best ideas and in-depth knowledge together with case studies! I would recommend this training course to anyone in the field of project planning/scheduling/project controls.

I was looking to enhance my knowledge of Delay Analysis for some time now but I didn’t find anything offered in the market now worth taking until I came across Project Controls Academy offering a free Webinar on Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis by Chris Carson. I have known Chris for quite some time now, I always follow his recorded webinar on Planning & Scheduling and had the pleasure of meeting him personally at the Planning Planet event in London many years back.

When I learned he is doing a full course on Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis, and plus a good offer from Project Controls Academy I didn’t hesitate to enroll, and I can say this was my best online training so far! Chris gave a very detailed explanation on the topics on a very deep manner not just on the academic side of this but his 40’s of experience which I can say can’t be found on any training course. It opened my eyes on AACE’s RP 29R-03, which is the must-have reference. The course is truly value for money!

I also would like to acknowledge Shohreh for her encouragement and outstanding support, 24/7. Whenever I have some issues she’s is always there happy to help, even on weekends.

Shohreh and Chris, words cannot express enough my gratitude, and I look forward to applying what I have learned in my current and future projects.

Steve Paterson

Being a seasoned professional I have indirectly known the facilitator Mr. Chris Carson for a good number of years and was delighted to sign-up for the Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis course having missed the opportunity the first time around.

I embarked on the course to broaden my knowledge on the forensics side of the schedule, as I’m an independent consultant that regularly reviews Contractor and Sub-contractor schedules in the Oil and Gas Industry. The course was an in-depth look at the AACEi’s RP and how the Claims Triage Workshop assists in selecting the correct methodology for a particular case. I found it very interesting and followed with ease.

Many thanks for pulling together such an interesting course and I look forward to putting what I learned to good use very soon.

Ahmed Fouad Abdulhamid

One of the best courses I had ever attended in my practical life, it gathers all of the professional experience and secrets of planning career in a set of sessions, where I never imagined that there is a course that contains such a lot of valuable priceless information that resembles real-life cases and problems in planning career.

I participated recently in two delay claims where my company hired a large consulting agency in the USA for doing the job that was done using the same steps mentioned in the course.

I will definitely recommend this course to my company to be taken by all lead planners and for me sure will take again every period of time to keep this information fresh in mind.

Manoj Pradhan

Being a member of AACE International, I had prior access to the RP 29R-03, but it is through this course, that I got a fairly good insight into the Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis concept.

Major take away of the course is the Claim Triage concept & knowledge shared by Chris Carson form his enriching experiences.

Marina Chernova

Very professional.
I liked information presented logically and shortly, with lots of useful tips and examples.

Stantec Consulting took the Applied Project Controls in-house training course for the following reasons:

• To provide a stepping stone for the junior and intermediate staff to discover the various components of Project Controls and how all the pieces work together.
• To bring the different disciplines together to provide a common ground, speak the same language.

On both those fronts the course did just that.

Very insightful and interactive. Presentations were interesting, good slides and videos that kept us all engaged. A real eye-opener for us all! Thank you.

The course is very well structured, easy to understand explanations and very well guided, which is not an easy task.

The Essentials of EVM training is an amazing course, very well organized and very well explained. A JEWEL for project controls professionals.Congratulations for a great course, material and support! Your contribution is valuable. All the best to Project Control Academy.

Voraphan (gail) Chonnapasatid

I found the course useful since it provides very thorough fundamental knowledge which can be applied to a real project. The exercise was simple yet tested the understanding of the content learned from the course.Overall great class.

The effectiveness and quality of the course was great. I learned a great deal about Earned Value Management. The part that I found most valuable was Performance Measurement and Cost & Schedule Forecasting. These modules give you the tools required to accurately report on your project and shows how to look for potential issues.

The Essentials of EVM training is a comprehensive and high-quality online training course. All parts of the courses are integrated, and the flow of discussion is great. Thank you sooo much!!!

Anyone who has prior experience in P6 & EVM can think it is a cakewalk, however, it is not, we need to pay close attention in P6 EVM settings. This course provides best recommended settings which is the positive outcome of the course.

Very informative, practical training on the use of EVM in P6.
An excellent instructor who was able to easily explain the course materiel and share his vast knowledge of the subject matter.

The course provided an excellent insight into another dimension of P6 for effective use of EVM.The quality was excellent, as it was based on a live example.

The course is very informative. I learned a lot.The most valuable part of this course for me is the complete EVM report template on how to represent that to the Client.
I’m excited to apply all the templates and techniques shared to my new project. I really enjoy this course.

The EVM in P6 course is very effective course. I learned a lot of new things, especially the logic behind some of the functions. I will begin to use the templates shared in the course and apply EVM in all projects whether the client requests for it or not.

The Course is very effective. It added new valuable information to me. The instructor is highly qualified in his specialty of EVM in P6. The overall feedback, I am impressed. Thank you.

The EVM in P6 was a very effective course in that it allowed very much hands on user interaction and the quality was very good.

The parts of the training I found most valuable was in the case studies. It gave me an opportunity to practice real life situations that I could relate to in the process.

The Quality of the course was excellent. It was really nice to have all the content and see it applied in a real live project, then to work it on our own.

The instructor is very knowledgeable and very experienced. I have several practical things I have taken back to my work place already. Thank you.

I really liked the EVM Mastery training. My knowledge of earned value management now is much more robust. The examples and exercises are very useful and some of them challenging. We went step by step applying the essentials of EVM in this Mastery class. As a result of this training, I am planning on pursing the Earned Value Professional (EVP) designation from AACEi.

The EVM Mastery course content is rich, hands-on oriented, and delivered very effectively.I found all the parts of the training very valuable because they are packed full with concrete information that is useful for immediately implementation in real life project, through the case study exercises.

The BEST of all other courses that I undertook so far on the Forensic Schedule Analysis subject. It has been a fantastic learning experience from one of the best world-class practitioners on the subject. Actually, it has had a great impact on my usual view on ‘Observational’ methods as I always regarded retrospective TIA (MIP 3.7) as ‘THE optimum method’ until I started getting deeper learning in this course particularly of MIP 3.4 and 3.3. The claims-triage sessions were the most attractive for me next to step-by-step learning of all nine MIPs. Thank you for this excellent course.

I would like to extend a big THANK YOU for offering this course. You did made our lives (scheduling and project controls professionals) far easier and gave us hope that the forensic schedule analysis is not black magic:) You laid out a process for us to follow, supplied adequate specific material and this is something that I am grateful for and I am sure other project controls professionals feel the same way.

Sessions were developed and arranged in very natural way to give knowhow and practical knowledge of that high value and complex topic of forensic delay analysis from A-Z.

Amazing course, lot of new things to learn, wealth of experience and knowledge shared. Very well designed. Already started implementation of techniques and templates learned during this course in our reports. I believe the BESTtraining in the market. Thank you.

Many thanks to the entire team at Project Control Academy, and especially Chris and Shohreh for developing and offering an Excellent training program on Forensic Schedule Analysis.

The content and presentation of this course was TOP NOTCH, and I consider it just about the BEST education I’ve received in decades!

From the first couple of sessions, I began applying the knowledge and lessons learned in my role as a construction manager for an AE/CEI firm. Now that I’ve completed the course, I feel like I’m on a new and exciting career trajectory that I’ve been wanting for years.

Thanks to Chris and Shohreh, I feel empowered with a knowledge base that I can continue to build on and really contribute to the world of FSA. I just can’t thank you both enough. I look forward to more Project Controls courses.

Default Avatar85
Kumara Ganesan

Its great experience to know in-depth knowledge of FSA methods and its practical implementation techniques. In current role(am not delay expert), while analyzing prospective variation/delay claims by contractors, I would be extensively using few claim triage techniques and as well be going to be able to better review schedules for owners and manage schedules for contractors. Thank you for this great course.

I wish to express my gratitude for sharing your expertise and experience in this course. Even though Project controls and Analysis is a fairly “new” and equivocal field for construction projects in most countries, having the backing of this most informative and educationally supportive environment and training has given me the confidence to be able to further implement a greater understanding for the necessity for Project Control implementations and the confidence in providing a strong and stout analytical result for such requirements. This has also further broadened my opportunities to include sound and tested methodologies, for both, “on-the-job” and “post-job” analysis.

There has been a significant effort spent on the course preparation and delivery and I believe it is one of the BEST INVESTMENTS that I have made into online tuition.

I would like to thank you for such tremendous efforts providing an in-depth learning journey in Delay Analysis field. Before I took this course, I didn’t have much understanding about FDA techniques or its practical implementations, as there are certain predefined methods used without a clear or structured approach on how to use them.

During this training, my project control approach has been changed and evolved into a higher step. This training became a transformer and gear changer in my career.

Default Avatar85
Hassan Gaafar

Many thanks for this great course. The Course is of very high quality although it is an online course. It covers almost everything in delay analysis. Although I am not a delay analyst, at the end of the course, I found myself very knowledgeable about the delay analysis and its methodologies and I am able to argue with opposition delay analysts about the methodologies used for the analyses.

This is an extremely valuable course for any scheduler. Even if I have no plans to go into forensic scheduling, the information presented and explained in this course will absolutely help me with my planning and scheduling.
Having the processes explained and the expansion of their use from real cases really helped drive home the reasons for the processes/methodologies and helped me understand how they are actually implemented.

The session was a brilliant one, from the beginning till the end was so interesting, educating and informative.

This years summit was a outstanding feat of a dedicated team. With all of the distractions that the past year had brought us, this summit turned out amazingly well. I do not have another to compare it but if this years, with the whole world gone crazy, is any inclination then yes I rate this a 5 stars. Just the team effort alone constitutes that rating.

The was my first Project Controls Summit and well definitely not be my last!!!!

The summit was delivered excellently and was beyond my expectation. The realness I experienced from all the speakers and panelist was refreshing. It was so relatable.

Thanks, Project Control Academy, and your honor sponsors to transfer valuable professional knowledge to experts from all over the world who are willing to promote themselves in this field.
Best of luck in your valuable mission.

This year Project Control Summit was very impacting, with lots of great project control strategies and techniques shared. It helped broaden my understanding and application of project control.

The submit was educative and challenging. I really love every season of Submit .

I was very impressed with the caliber of professionals that were presenting and attending this Project Controls Summit 2021. With the majority of the world having to work and communicate remotely, I greatly appreciated this virtual conference's presentation subjects and the feedback that those attending were able to provide. I also was especially appreciative of the open forums with several experts that collective discussed their perspectives and experiences with the group. I found those very informative and insightful.
I cannot describe in words how invaluable this Summit was for me in networking with leaders in their particular fields that I've never met as well as reconnecting with colleagues that I have regularly talked with when attending other annual conferences in the US.
I was also unfamiliar with the different courses that Project Controls Academy provided and certainly appreciated the exposure that this Summit provided in those different portions of Project Management as well as Project Controls. I am very interested in professionally getting exposure and training in fields where my current position may not provide me and becoming a better "T Shaped" professional. I will certainly be investigating which courses that are available at Project Controls Academy and taking advantage of the discounts that may be provided as a result of attending this Summit 2021.

Most happy to have registered and participated in the Project Control Summit given by Project Control Academy, so important to maintain and learn new aspects in Cost Management, Project Portfolio Management, EVM, QRA, Planning & Scheduling, Cost Engineering, 4D Planning, Contract Management, hiring and many more related subjects including software’s, ERP’S. My public gratitude to Project Control Academy and extremely impressed by the following presenters: John Hollmann, Tyler Konter, Russell Stevens, Hannah Schumacher, Walter Lipke, Jeancarlo Duran, Mark Nelson, James Williams, Anamaria Popescu, Kristina Henkai, Chris Carson, Nicholas Pisano,
Miles Aucoin, Aldo Mattos and Julie Owen. Project Control Academy has presented a major powerhouse in the project control industry, however a few presenters had areas on improvement in order to maintain interest, way to go, thank you. I fully understand the business side and that Project Control Academy can not provide Certificate of attendance if you haven't paid for or attended free as guest, but the same you raffle $700 bonuses, maybe you can raffle certificates of attendance based on participation.

Great summit and without travel, hotel and meal costs. After a year of video meetings and such this forum is an affordable way to learn and share project controls knowledge. This was the first summit and it can only get better. The value the speakers and hands on experience is great. Project controls is all about measurment and how to create baseline comparison to know if the project is on track or not. My work did not allow me the time to set aside so I had to join and unjoin depending upon my workload and meetings. The VIP option to watch the summit afterwords is excellent and I will look t this option next year. Thanks so much at improving the skill levels of all of us in the field of project controls.

There are always oppurtunity that comes to a career and this has been one of those for me.
It was for me a learning and discovery after the PC Summit. Learning because there was wisdom that was shared in the conference that is new to me and discovery that what has been my challenges has also been experienced and faced by other planning practitioner. The only low point was that there were discussions that lacks depth maybe for a reason that the time is limited. But there were eye opener for a generalized topic and I thank so much Shoreh, Kamran and the team for giving this oppurtunity not just for me but my colleagues in this profession.

Not quite knowing what to expect with a multi-day virtual conference spanning many time zones, I was extremely impressed! The caliber of the presenters was top notch and the coordination of the speaker events for their time slots was well managed.
Having been involved building a multi day conference from the ground up, I am quite aware of the amount of effort it takes to make the event a success. In this case, your team did so flawlessly. Thank you and your team for your efforts to bring about this stellar event. The fact it was made available to project controls professionals at no charge truly is the icing on the cake, leading by example to further bolster the skill level of the practitioners.
Thank you!

The summit was a great experience to hear from the industry experts who have gained knowledge over the years and summarized their learnings in the ways best possible within a few minutes of presentation. The summit let us get insights of the international industry as well the healthy practises followed worldwide in many scenarios.
The brief introduction to the speakers, chat box to ask the questions and further the technical debates amongst and with the experts was a cherishing experience as well.

Dear Shohreh & Kamran
I am very glad that attended to the project control summit, it was great.
I had problem at first day to find how can I go through the conference in the website and I was confused, after going to all menu I found it. I think it wasn't clear for others, too.
Finally I should say thank you for all of your arrangement and for good presentations.
I wish you all the best.

An outstanding project controls summit! Project Control Academy has really outdone themselves with the incredible educational virtual summit held for four days May 11 – 14, 2021 by convening best in class professionals to share their expertise in communications, technology solutions, schedule and cost analysis and interpretation and risk analysis. I learned a great deal of invaluable information. I look forward to the next 2022 summit in person!

I enjoyed the ones I attended and I am looking forward to reviewing the recordings to catch what I missed. It would have been better for me if you had provided specific times for each one so that I could have planned to attend more in person. My commitments didn't allow for me to be online the entire time and that is why I paid to have access to the recordings.
Thanks for making the event possible.

1. Great Topics
2. Eye opener in terms of seamless automation used to present data in Project Controls, Thanks for bringing it out
3. Amount of Software's lead by various organization is great to see and work done in the Field and leaving participants to take it further
4. Next time, it would be best to have more detailed case studies presented rather what software can do.

I take this an opportunity to express how thankful i am to participate for Project Control summit, specially all the way from Sri Lanka. This would not have been possible, if its not for the fantastic organizing team who enabled and welcome participants from around the globe. Summit was really an eye opener which led to understand about the modern day practices as well as highly regarded professionals in the industry. Looking forward for future events

I enjoyed attending the Project Controls Summit. A wealth of information was made available for those who are new to the profession. I would like to see a expanded foot print to address any current challenges/issues that our colleagues may be experiencing with existing data base software that is currently in use for executing EVM, Portfolio Management, and Agile Project management (I.e. Primavera or Delteck Open Plan/Cobra, MS Project). Having representatives on the panel to conduct workshop and up to date training on the new software updates would increase the abilities of those attending the summit and be of benefit to their organization. I am sure that the vendors of these tools would be more than happy to support this summit in the future. I would also think that you could expand your foot print and get more participation from companies sending employees as representatives to obtain this up to date explanation from the SMEs of the software that they are using in their day to day execution of project management.

It was a great experience though timezones were a bit different. Listening to such experienced speakers was amazing. Thank you.

In this pandemic situation, where some of the careers are in blockade, your PCS was an effort to energize and bring back people to the Industry. Personally for me it was an event, which opened my mind and made me to fight back again. The Experts you invited were really great. Please keep your good work going for the industry.

It was a great meet. A wonderful understanding on the project sector of a company and how to handle a project.

It was really helpful for me

Self explanatory sessions.
Hoping to attend the same in future.

First of all, a big thanks for arranging the summit with great legends whose insight towards project controls were mind blowing. The content used and the interval for every topic was designed in a way that it can cover maximum information's in lesser topic.

My favorites, first day topic on "Cost Management Best Practices & Lessons Learned", as I am a cost controller with 20 years of experience I was able to corelate the challenges they faced and also there were learnings on how to handle different situations. Second days topic "Evolution – Earned Value Management, Earned Schedule, and Science" by Walter Lipke, he nailed it. The presentation was so engaging as you will not even try to blink your eye. Earned schedule was a new topic to me and thinking to further reserch on the topic. Apart from this all other topics were equally good and well presented.

Dina Nieuwoudt

Wish I could attend – I contracted Covid and was too sick- Still inrecovery – hope everyone else enjoyed it

The Summit was great and beneficial. I so liked it as it opened my eyes on a lot of things.
But there is a need to adjust time from 1hr for a session ti about 30mins to 45mins
I also propose that topics on the same or related subject should be discussed same a day or halfday following on each other calling for aggregation of topics.
Overall it was inspiring. Looking forward ti the next summit.

Erasmo Magsino Roman

I have learned lots of techniques of how to be more effective, T-shaped Project Control Professionals really made me inspired of how will I improved to my works not to stick to what I'm doing now and can lead our department in much and effective way and achieve my goals. What makes you up at night? is another topic that sometimes am really encountering it esp. when I'm facing lots of work not accomplished on time or with some important things to make my executive reports better and well understood by the MD and other major stakeholders. In general the whole summit contributed a lot to me and I'm quite sure I can apply all those topics were delivered by great and well experienced top managers. No much words to say except Thank you to Project Academy (Shohreh and Kamran) and the sponsors. More power to you and really appreciate your contribution to make us more effective.

Sarvin Abbasov

Great sessions ! Well explained the experiences of experts.

The Project summit was properly organized and the topics covered were chosen such that different areas of Project Control, Management and even areas like pubic speaking were focused upon. A great platform to connect with like minded people and industry stalwarts. Keep up the good work guys!

In today’s data-conscious age, it’s not easy to manage suck kind of informative webinar. Over all the arrangement was up to mark. Such kind of webinar are helpful to organize the professionals all over the world on single platform to share their experience /skills.

In a nutshell, I really enjoyed the few sessions I joined during the summit.
It was really great and exciting especially the last panel.
I look forward to more masterclasses .
I want to thank you the organizers and all resource personnel during the summit.
More power to your elbows.

EXCELLANT

It was excellent experience to attend the Summit. Thanks a lot for PC Summit TEAM for plan to conduct the summit and executed successfully as well. We are expecting the same in the coming years too.

Overall participation experience was very great..looking forward to further events in future.

Thank you

Madame,
thank you very much for this initiative. I appréciated the different presentations. Unfortunately, I couldn't attend all the summit due to the time lag.

Once again, many thanks and i hope that we will have the opportunity to the experts in the futur events.

VERY EDUCATIVE!

Christian Adrian De Vera

The event has a lot of great topics and presenters. Topics like Public Speaking by Aaron and Keynote speech of Debra, to me, provide a great encouragement because it highlights the essential soft skills needed by an individual to deal with the everyday challenge at work or in life in general. Great event!

Very educative summit. I learnt alot, but wish i could upgrade so i can have the recordings.

Engr Olusegun A Afolabi

Thanks for the opportunity, and its wonderful experience

It was an interesting and expository experience at the PCSUMMIT 2021 from the opening gala to the final day sessions. I particularly had personal relativity with speakers such as Debra Lally (Culture, Value) and Walter Looked (Earned Value Management; Earned Schedule), among others remarkable speeches.
These sessions no doubt will improve my productivity and add to my
skillset professionally, academically and socially.
Thank you Project Control Academy for putting this together.
Samuel.

Christos Angelopoulos

Excellent presentations , with great insights and useful information in many topics on project controls.
Good value for every proffessional in the field.

Well organised and good speakers.

Look forward to your future events.

Umair Mushtaq

It was a good experience attending the live sessions and listening to some of the top experts on Project Control and Planning Field. My only issue was the timing and the schedule of the summit. The dates and timing coincided with Muslims holy month of Ramadan and during the Eid day. But still it was a great overall experience.

Ramon A. Garrido S

Excellent presentation platform, excellent guests … from my technology area I obtained important information on tools and best practices for project management. Specifically, the talks about Next level of seamless automation in Project Controls, Schedule Communication Using Primavera P6 ™, How to Enhance the Visualization of Your Project Schedule Data Using Power BI? , Digital Field Change Management: Revolutionizing the Traditional Way of Managing Changes in Projects.
Greetings …. Ramón Garrido S.

Thank you so much!

Thank you for conducting this session, it was very well coordinated in spite of large number of audiences and speakers. Kudos to the team for covering all the major areas of Project Management within this time, content selection was just appropriate.

It will be good to include few more case studies in next session.

I had fun with the PC Summit and felt like it delivered great value, especially if the attendees participated in the program to get access to the recordings for sessions they could not attend. There was a good and diverse range of people, presentations, and topics, so I think there was something for everyone in project controls.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to allot more time for questions and answers, our panel could have discussed our integrated project controls design process for hours! When I present in person at a conference, I am realizing that while the sessions are typically only an hour as well, I tend to stay afterwards and chat with those who line up to ask questions, and often wind up sitting at lunch or dinner continuing the discussions.

Congratulations on another very successful summit.

Olukayode Aderibigbe

I can testify to the professional nature of the submit this year and this is the first time I am attending it. I specifically got new insights about communication from Aaron and generally all the presentations were apt and knowledge was shared. Thank you to your team for a job well done!

Champak Chandra Roy

Dear Team,

First of all thank you so much for this Project Control Summit, this one is my 1sh hand experience. The content and execution of was so smooth.

Thank you for all your work on putting together all this material and having such great presenters.
Looking forward to see you again next year!

From all the Technical Presentations from the Presenters, I came to realize that Global Project Control are being enriched via Intelligent Data Governance, Modelling, Security and Integration. The Summit was absolutely a great one, Organisers were well-prepared and I yearn to be part of their next edition of 2022.

Data governance, Modelling, security and Integration defines roles, responsibilities, and processes for ensuring accountability for and ownership of data assets across the enterprise. It analysis, design, building, testing, and maintenance.
Also, it talks about acquisition, extraction, transformation, movement, delivery, replication, federation, virtualization, and operational support. Ensuring privacy, confidentiality, and appropriate access.

It is a system for defining who within an organization has authority and control over data assets and how those data assets may be used. It encompasses the people, processes, and technologies required to manage and protect data assets.

Consequently, the scopes for Cost Estimation, Scheduling, Planning and Project Financing were not ignored in the overall engagements. These will help me during my future preparation for Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Examination.

Jose Briceno

Overall, I found the conference very well organized, interesting, and up-to-date. I was pleased that it was leaning towards infrastructure projects.
Most of the presentation were pretty good, but four of them had major impact on me: T-Shaped Project Controls Professionals (Shohreh Ghorbani), Schedule Communication Using Primavera P6 ™ (Hannah Schumacher), Predictive Control: Why real-time data and algorithms aren't enough (Sanjeev Gupta) and The Benefits and Use of TIME-LOCATION Schedules (Aldo Mattos).
After all of these years using Earned Value, it was an honor to hear Mr. Walter Lipke.
Finally, all the panel sessions were outstanding.
In conclusion, excellent event.
Thank you.

Shelly OBrien

The topics covered a wide range which of on point categories which was very beneficial. The presenters were well prepared and answered questions fully. One of the sections, tools and technology highlighted the positive characteristics of current program mgmt software…very helpful! I would highly recommend this course and plan to take again next year!

I really appreciated the format of the conference and the high quality of the contributors. Look forward to having the same format next year..?!

Jitendrakumar N Patel

I dont believe I have attended any such event in past.
Better than expected.

I'm proud to have participated in Project Control Summit 2021. I have learnt a lot from the summit. Kudos to the team at Project Control Academy for putting this together.

An Excellent thought process and presentation 'Going Above and Beyond' by Kamran; eye-opening for all of us and a good reminder for our day-to-day life. I was admired and thank you, Kamran!

Hector Montellano

Attend to the submit was a really good experiences, learn from other experience is so valuable for me.
It was a lot of information well prepared by expositors, the only thing I am not given 5 stars is that was a lot of information condensated in almost 4 days in online mode, it is hard to keep. For this opportunity missing presencial summits 🙂

Very positive and open summit organizers, amazing sponsors, very intelligent and knowledgeable speakers and presenters, and very interesting topics uncovering a lot of vital issues, all contributed to the tremendous success of the summit. This well organized and very insightful event is very useful not only because it helps every participant to maintain their excellence bar that they set for themselves and build new connections, but it is charged throughout with so much positive energy and mood that it motivates and challenges every participant to go above and beyond at work and their personal life. Knowledge is power, and it's never too late to learn and step out of your comfort zone. I had a great pleasure listening to all speakers. Among my favorite speakers who inspired me most of all were Julie Owen, Debra L. Lelly, Kamran Akbarzadeh, Shohreh Ghorbani, Chris Carson, Aaron Beverly, and many others. All panel discussions were very insightful and thought provoking. I admire Shohreh and Kamran for their knowledge, efforts, hard work and intelligence as without them this event would not take place. It was a great honor to be exposed to all the aspects of the summit. I would recommend this experience to everyone.

Jose Garcia

excellent all the organization of the event. I have participated in several online events but the quality and experience of the speakers was great. Being able to participate for free in these times of pandemic is greatly appreciated. very good event, I'm already looking forward to the next Project Control Summit

It was a fantastic session and learned a lot from world wide different speakers. I am so lucky that i was part of this summit. Thank you so much for this opportunity.

The conduct of the largest Virtual Conference ‘Project Control Submit 2021’ by Project Control Academy was a real game-changer to many project control professionals around the globe. Such enlightening and enriching submit connects today to tomorrow, the present to future through capitalization of accumulated know-how and experience on project controls to catch up with the trending prospects ahead in project management professionalism. Therefore, the submit was a winner to all 4500+ attendees from around the world, to all of the most dedicated and hard-working team under the excellent leadership of Kamran Akbarzadeh and Shohreh Ghorbani. Cheers, All! Remain grateful ever for the most wonderful gift I have ever had. Thank you once again for the insightful wisdom and knowledge beyond thoughts. My best wishes to Project Control Academy ahead!

Arjang Hamdollahzadeh Kivi

This conference provided a great opportunity for project control professionals and enthusiasts to share their experiences and research in this field. Although I couldn't attend most of the presentations, I enjoyed the enthusiasm of participants from all over the world, even project control students and staff and managers in the field. I was surprised and pleased to hold a world conference on this scale and with so many participants. Special Thanks to all the sponsors and organizers of this conference.

I learnt a lot from the expertise in project management and other tools been used. I feel more confident to handle projects now after the conference. The interaction was awesome. The program was structured well.being a fresh graduate of Economics and project management I benefited a lot since I don’t have much experience in project management.
Thank you so much to the organizing committee.

maryam goodarzy

Thanks for the effort and all coordination and integration.
I believe it was an event to help all the professionals round the world get together and share their knowledge regarding project controls and project management.

Dear Hosts,

I was participating for the first time in such an international event. As a general impression, it looked very professional with a lot of Interesting information shared from the field of Project Controls.
I was impressed by the Summit Team and presentation, the quality of material presented, the panel guests.. the full Summit environment in general.
I wish you GOOD LUCK for the future Summits preparation, I hope to become an annual event and to grow more and more.
Thank you for the chance to participate and I am waiting to see you at the next one!

My Best Wishes to Project Control Academy!

Thank you, PCS team, for organizing wonderful submit. This event gave us more insight on the software and tools used for plan, monitor and control the project of various sizes. This gives me an international exposure on the system and software used. There are some processes which learned during this submit which improves and added additional value to my future projects.
Good thing is that the most of the speakers are from construction field. Mostly the project management or control class or submit will mostly focus on IT industries. For this I am thankfully to PCA team.
The main impediment for me is the timing. It starts by 18:00 hrs local time and it goes till early morning! I have missed most of the topics due to the timing reasons (especially in afternoon session).

Through enterprise project control, i gained more knowledge to tackle challenges in project. Also through schedule communication in this summit it elaborate more on needs of field and executive communication requirement, schedule analysis, reporting based on requirement of stakeholders and Clients. More insights about delay and to use all possible means to eliminate disputes in Project by proper financial and time negotiation. Because disputes resolution are complex thereby making it costlier and most times affects relationship of both Client and Contractor.

Useful, professional, and practical

It was a wonderful summit that presents the advanced project controlling information and technology.

Tolulope Ogun

A very big thank you to PCA for putting putting the incredible event together. The event was filled with lots of experienced and knowledgeable presenters. The topics were very relevant, educative, informative and insightful. I learned a lot from it, some of my doubts were cleared and I can actually say I became more efficient and effective in my role. Looking forward to PCS 2022.

That was an excellent summit .
Full of knowledge and experience.. really looking forward for such Summits in future.

As this was my first virtual summit experience, I was surprised at the volume of content that was presented. I was not able to attend all sessions, but visited a few and was able to have the session open on my screen in the back ground. The presenters were on point with their content and it covered all aspects of Project Controls. There were contents there as well for those new to Project Controls and those very experienced.
The Networking feature was also a great feature even thought I was not able to take advantage of it. But by the fact that it was there makes all the difference. When attending an in-person conference, one of the best part is being able to network with other in your discipline and to learn from their experiences as well as sharing your experiences.

Hello, I went to PMI CCRS page for claiming my PDU's but 2021 sessions are not available on the system (just 2020), so there is no way to report PDU. Also, for executive members and above should be a full sSummit certificate with PDU splitted by Technical, Leadership and Strategic in order to properly report all at once

Don Parker

All of the presenters and their presentations were spot on, professional, and relevant.

Yamanta Raj Niroula

Amazing event. Thank you.

The summit was perfect, it was well organized and lots of information shared.

Maris Balodis

Thanks for the work you did put into organizing this event.
I will go through all recordings in near future and from what I have seen already, the money was well spent.
Thing considers for improvement:
1) workshop in schedule development, claim showing in the schedule, the main thing to check to develop a reliable schedule
2) Job affairs, where participants can share if their companies have open vacancies.

Scott Porter

Although I didn’t get a chance to listen to all the presenters throughout all four days, I tried to check out as much as I could in between meetings. I enjoyed listening to the interesting topics being discussed each day. There were two speakers in particular that caught my eye – Chris Carson and Walter Lipke. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Chris Carson and the group he put together on the last day of the conference. I wish they could have had more time to speak. I learned a great deal from this presentation.

I am looking forward to next years Project Control Summit.

the speakers did justice to the topics.

The Project Control Summit of 2022 was absolutely the best time I have spent on myself! I have gained so much, from knowledge on various Project Control tools and areas of expertise, to a community of like minded people, to new resources to tap into for future growth.

The execution of the Summit was truly excellent, the interfaces with attendees interacted seamlessly with presenter and organisers, a phenomenally well run event!

Had a great time in the summit by getting vast exposure in the various technologies, methods…
Looking forward to attend further more summits like this…

The good,
1. The webinars were very informative with some of the most respected people in the industry.
2. Virtual seminar makes it easy for everyone to attend and watch at their own leisure.
3. Very well organized
4. Webinars cover all range of interesting topics.

What can be done better?
1. Involve more speakers discuss data science and decision analysis roles in project management.

I really liked the summit, perhaps I would have dedicate more time for lecturer than sw provider, since many of them seem just replicating existing apps (not all of them eh!), but I understand that they are sponsors.
My preferred ones (not in particular order): Jeancarlo, Prof. Prasad, Chris Carson, Julie Owen & Manan Choksi, Shane Richardson, lee mills & Dough Schmoe

Great job pulling this virtual conference together. Diverse lineup of topics and speakers. Would like to have times listed in program so it's easier to know who is presenting when. Also would have loved more time at the end of each presentation to get questions answered. It seemed like most presentations couldn't get to any live Q&A. Would also have loved more case study and/or technical application type presentations. Overall very well organized and informative summit. Thanks to all who had a hand in making this year's summit a success!

Good Virtual Conference with mix of Technical Speakers with diverse knowledge, expertise and experience in multiple areas of Project Controls and Project Management, with insights given to not boost competency in managing & controlling projects.

Good coverage of topics and knowledge. Great to hear from industry experts sharing best practices and also making you realise you are not alone in the project control journey. I struggled to tune in for all of the summit due to family and work commitments but enjoyed what I was able to hear. Would rather the summit was week days only as weekend is my downtime. But otherwise, thanks for a great summit.

I'd like to thank you all for the Summit. I could learn and get a lot information from you all.
Great to know the innovation and best practices.
It's time to share and hands-on.

The summit was highly educative and professional, but I will suggest a survey should be conducted among participants to retrieve time each will be free to attend the virtual lecture for subsequent ones especially those of us in Africa.

I'm looking forward to the next summit.

Thank you for providing a great conference with inspiring and knowledgeable industry experts. I gained a lot from the conference! I hope you continue with the on-line method in the future.

My only technical comment was that the live feed would sometimes freeze and the refresh would lose the place where I was. Otherwise, don't change a thing!

Hi Shohreh and Kamran,

Thank you so much for putting together a really energetic and exciting conference full of amazing presentations. I really learned a lot and enjoyed being part of it!! While overall it was a amazing, I did have some constructive comments to share with you that I hope will help make next year's conference even better!
1. Would it be possible to have the chat/dialogue box running vertically alongside the video presentation? It was very difficult to bounce back and forth between the dialogue and the presenter screen. Another option would be if the chat box could "float" so that you could move it onto another screen or arrange it however you like.
2. I know it can be difficult to commit to a schedule, but it would really make it easier as a participant to know what time the presentations are so that I could plan around that. I am sure I am not alone in that I had work commitments that I needed to stay on top of during the conference, and it would have been helpful to be able to arrange my follow up phone calls and meetings to free me up to attend those sessons that were most interesting to me.
3. While I did enjoy all of the sessions, and learned something from each one, I found the most valuable ones to me were the ones that were more focused on practical management skills. I encourage you to consider adding a few more of those next year to bring a balance between aspirational presentations and practical presentations. I would love to see one next year on baseline management best practices, as I find there is a lot of division and/or just lack of knowledge on that topic! Another idea that I think would be amazing and interesting would be having a case study on a real-life project to discuss how the overall project controls process was executed, the project, outcome – realized risks, lessons learned, etc., and how to document that information in a way that can be leveraged in a practial way in the future. Anyway, that's just a couple of ideas. I'm sure there are a ton of great topics out there!!
4. I was a little disappointed that there was seldom any time at the end of a presentation for the speaker to address questions. I feel sometime that some of the best dialogue and real ah-ha moments come in that engagement at the end. I hope next year you will ask the speakers to be prepared to leave the last 10 minutes for discussion.
Thank you again for all the efforts of you and your dedicated team to make this conference happen. You pulled off a great conference this year, and I congratulate you on your amazing success!! I hope you both got a chance to rest up on Sunday!!

Best,
Kirstin

The conference was so much experience-filled and interesting . I got connected to global leaders in the field of Project Management and tapped from their pool of knowledge. Got exposed to softwares such as Planisware, Hexagon and InEight that are being used by top organizations in Engineering and Construction to manage their construction, maintenance, and engineering projects. I also learned more about the technologies and solutions. I was so glad to attend. Kudos and thanks to the noble organizers, the distinguished speakers and the softwares developing companies. Love you all.

Dear Shohreh, Kamran and Team,
It has been 4 beautiful, executing days. Last year was my first attendance at the summit, and this year it was even better then prevIous year. Great speakers , great panel discussions. Different topics which made it great for every person on the project control spectrum. The view of the different sites where amazing. We as audience could definitely see al work that has been done. The team and their efforts where great.
Besides all the presentations of great experts , I also enjoyed the session where you gave startup companies the possibility to show their new tool/ software etc to us.
The future of project controls is exciting and you guys are really helping us to see, feel and imagine it.

I really enjoyed presentations from different persons like James Arrow , Walter Lipke etc. But I want to highlight one presentation and that was yours Kamran. The energy you gave us (me) was really something. You really motived me to go the extra mile. Take the next step and CARE for Project Controls and the great work we do and the added value we can have for a project team.

I will definitely watch all the seasons again to keep learning.
Thanks for this great summit, really looking forward to next year. The future is bright……

Great Summit, very well informative on new technologies and principles to consider when venturing into projects at every different stage. The presentation on generating project life costs and carbon estimates was beneficial in bringing to the forefront the importance of considering all aspects for reducing our carbon footprints to achieve set goals. Thank you PCA for this invaluable opportunity to share and learn together.

It has been such a great experience for me and I really enjoyed attending all the technical live sessions. Special thanks to Sohreh and Kamran & team for the great summit. It was apparent that organizing the Summit required a great deal of effort and teamwork. The end result was very successful. For me 2022 Project Control Summit was a complete success, the first day some technical issues with the audio, which were soon overcome. I greatly enjoy JeanCarlo, LA Metro, Cost Tracker, Future in Construction. The way you guys at PCA set up days 1, 2 & 3 was mot much appreciated.
For me the way you covered Project Controls, Planning / Schedule, Cost estimation, Contract Administration, presenting different approaches, alternatives and software’s (Hexagon, epc -Project Services) was most invigorating. This year PC summit was insightful, enlightening, challenging at times, because I had to juggle between work and the summit, reason why this year I was not so active as last year. Rest assure that I will back next year.

The Project Control Summit was very informative and helpful

Thank you for another great conference. I look forward to this conference every year and taking the time to engage and learn to be a better professional.

You asked about the format going forward. I would absolutely love to attend a conference in person as I would really enjoy that BUT it is unlikely that I would be able to arrange that due to family member care obligations. Attending conferences in person has long been a barrier to me due to such constraints. The virtual conference format that emerged during covid allowed me to finally engage! I think one of the great strengths of the conference is that it is broadly accessible to practitioners through the virtual format – it makes the conference inclusive to professionals from all walks. A hybrid model might be interesting, but I would implore you to continue providing virtual access going forward.

Timing of the conference this year was also a major challenge. I found previous conference timing of holding it in March to be much better than may. Making time for the conference requires putting in some extra work time to make attendance possible. This is much more challenging to coordinate in the part of the year when family & sports activities are starting to be held outdoors. I would advocate for fall/winter timing to avoid late spring/summer. The May long weekend is major holiday in Canada, nearly everyone takes a half day Friday or Friday off to go out of town with Monday being a public holiday. Even without this, I would suggest closing the conference on a Friday and not on a Saturday for attendance and optimal attention/engagement. I found attending on Saturday was counter-productive and I was not able to focus and absorb content while juggling other demands.

This is constructive feedback for your consideration. Overall, this is a fantastic conference and I always learn so much. I look forward to joining the next one if it is offered virtually again. Thank you!

Lucid, Detailed, Organised, descriptive, Instructors whoever presented the webinar have got hands on experience & sharing their thoughts….their experience about the updated tools and techniques…..no more words to describe…Simply brilliant

Words simply cannot describe the profound feelings I have after attending the Summit in 2022.
I am overwhelmed with the current trends in Project Control and expose in the aspect of new developments/advancements.

Many thanks to Project Controls for putting together this wonderful conference packed with knowledgeable presenters in the industry who kindled the thought process and taking us to the next steps with the current processes. It was educative, intuitive, Industries evolving changes and how to keep up with them, AI & ML and more…. It was mind blowing to hear that by 2030 almost 80% of the processes will be taken over by AI. It will be a harder transition, but hopefully a productive transition for users from adoption side. Opening and Closing notes were one of the best I have heard. These 2 sessions serve the entire purpose of the conference and they both were action packed and thought provoking for users and there was a lot of takeaways from this conference.
Once again many thanks to Team PC.

I think the summit was a great success again. Shohreh and Kamran are amazing organizers and presenters, and I really value all their talent and efforts they put it into bringing in the best experts and leaders into the summit. The world around us is changing, and we can't sit still, we need to adapt and respond to these changes, and to do this we need to be equipped with the best knowledge and tools, and also develop connections with various people. The Project Control Summit is a great opportunity to keep on top of the most recent trends and technological developments in the project controls and PM fields, and meet and connect with fantastic people. Learning is a continuous process that never stops. On the one hand, the summit makes you realize that there are so many people who see the same challenges and who think like you. You are not alone! And this gives us more confidence and boosts our determination. On the other hand, you realize there are so many new things you can explore each day. Each speaker teaches you something new, challenges you to be flexible and adapt, motivates you to explore, start thinking out of the box to achieve your full potential and find new solutions to existing challenges. I am grateful for all learnings, introduction to new technologies and tools, and the new connections I made during the summit!

I was very excited to participate to this summit for my fist time, but unfortunately due to working problem I was not able to attend the sessions of wednesday and thursday.
everything was very interesting but the real useful sessions where those that gave real examples and suggestions to solve problems. Some of them, on he contrary, were most focused on advertising products or software.
In any case, for my future, I would like to be more involved, in PCA activities or initiatives and I will try to follow you more closely.

Summit was amazing and appreciated all efforts exerted by the managing team

It would be much appreciated to have recording for all participants.

But I'm waiting for Early bird discount ?.

I highly appreciate your struggles for this event.

PCS brings the virtual summit at the new highest level of conference. I would like to congratulate all the efforts of all the men and women who made this event successful. Keep it up and see you again next time around.

Thanks Project Control Academy for organizing the Project Control Virtual summit. It was a great enriching professional experience to boost your knowledge about the trends in transformation in construction industry by renowned speakers.I was interested for the below 4 presentations –
1)How to choose the most suitable methodology to assess Construction delays. 2) Earned Schedule -Project Duration Increase from Rework. 3)Successful Projects Start with Integrating Project Controls with the Design Process.4)Curing the Decades-Old Plague of Schedule Delays on Projects by Bringing Data Visualization to Your Schedule Forecast Accuracy.
Thanks once again Project Control Academy for organising the third successive Project Control Summit

What an amazing journey this has been!

The course is very well-paced, and the complementary material shared by everyone is extremely relevant. The effort put into preparing and delivering the courses is palpable.

From Weds., May 18, 2022, to Sat., May 21, 2022, I attended the Project Control Summit 2022. This virtual event was attended by more than 3500 participants in over 100 countries.

During the Summit, I watched presentations and panel discussions, took a lot of notes, asked questions, joined interactive surveys, provided immediate feedback, visited the Expo/Trade Fair, and met fellow Project Controllers in the Networking Lounge. I especially liked the use of the Menti surveys to make the presentations more interactive.

At the end of the Summit, I participated in a live Zoom meeting with the conference organizers Shohreh Ghorbani and Dr. Kamran Akbarzadeh. Because they appreciated my feedback about the event, they rewarded me with a free upgrade from the Free Ticket to the VIP Ticket with Premium Benefits (a $299 USD value)!

I would like to share what I learned at the Summit with my company Evoleo Technologies GmbH. For example, in Sanjeev Gupta’s keynote address, I learned about “focus and finish” boxes. I would like to implement this concept at Evoleo in order to improve time management and resource allocation.

I greatly enjoyed participating in the Project Control Summit 2022. I hope to attend this event again next year.

I have interacted with many Summit participants who have taught many skills.
With different kind of professionals from variety of background who have interacted and networked with me. I am re-energized with sufficient skills.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the various sessions showcasing the Future of Project Controls and taking part in the interactive elements and sharing thoughts on the topics.
I thought the time difference (UK to US) would hinder my ability to attend as many sessions as possible, especially given the timings for each presentation were not published. To the contrary, I was able to attend sessions that would not normally have caught my attention and staying online until 10:30pm was not an issue as I felt engaged in the summit.
I found the summit insightful and thought provoking and it provided me an excellent opportunity to network and continue my own professional development.

The Project Control Summit was amazing. Thanks a lot for this oportunity in order to improve my knowledge

The efforts of the team are immense in PC Summit 2022. The recoding access will benefit me further. Thanks for the suggestion to enroll as VIP ticket. Though I was in the live sessions, I could not participate interactively due to my time zone and the summit time. overall, it was a fantastic journey.

Another wonderful summit by Project Control Academy.
There were many good speakers with amazing presentations that provided a lot of useful information.
Shohreh and Kamran and the team at Project Control Academy did an amazing job putting this summit together. It must have taken a lot of hard work and great effort.
Thank you 93

The presentations were very good. Great topics.

I had a difficult time navigating between sections of the "venue" this is due to my inexperience on attending this type of events. However, I would have really like, to have the option to talk to a live person to get that extra help. That would have made this event a really great experience.

Thank you,

Shohreh and Kamaran thank you for an insightful and information packed summit. The speakers selected to present at this summit were well versed in their professions and provided valuable information from risk management to Blockchain technology to AI technology and everything in between. This 31/2 day Project Controls Summit was the most engaging, informative and exciting conference I have attended. I look forward to next year's summit.

1) Can we have an option on the web pages to select local times (rather than US time zones)? I'd like to be able to set my local timezone in setup, then have all presentation times shown accordingly, please!
2) WRT point 1 above, can all sessions be clearly labelled with (local) start / end times?
3) I need to be able to schedule the sessions I'm interested in, I don't have time to sit through ones I'm not interested in, tell the app that 'I've attended', before I can eventually advance to the session I want.

Many thanks to all speakers , who shared their knowledge to this project control community. Here is some takeaways from this summit ,
How do you define yourself in embracing evolving technologies? Innovator? Early adopter? Early majority? Last majority? Thoughtful.
Recommend path to growth are,
Gather technical knowledge, Use technology and tools, Improve your people skills and don’t forget to networking!!!!

The level of expertise and knowledge of the presenters was excellent. I appreciated their taking the time to explain complex concepts, the clarity of the visual aids and handouts, and the opportunities to ask questions.

The insights I have gained by attending the 2022 Project Control Summit far exceed other virtual conferences I have attended to date. Wonderful, insightful, well presented!

It doesn’t matter how many times I attend virtual training sessions presented by Project Control Academy; I always learn something new!

The following presenters stood out:

• Dr. Nour Bouhou
• Chris Carson
• Niki Weiss
• Peter Taylor
• Dr. Prasad Kodukula
• Walter Lipke

My only negative comment is please lower the volume of your intro music. The video control you are using does not allow adjustment to sound.

I was impressed by the management and control of the conference itself; a full-packed schedule with so many individual and panel speakers was so well planned and executed. During the 4 day of the conference, I personally not only learned so much about the project control, but I was also inspired by the idea of how experts and professionals were so candid to share their knowledge and experiences. A great spirit.
Thank you,

I enjoyed the presentations.

It was a great experience to learn from so many industry experts and virtually met with other professional Project Controls players from across the globe. The VIP access is totally worth it. Thanks for putting this together.
Look forward to the next event.

The Summit was indeed a great platform for knowledge sharing. I enjoyed all the presentations and the choice of speakers. I was particular impressed with the information on the available innovations in project controls and the impact of AI in today's project management.

I am very grateful to the organizers of this great citadel of knowledge and I will take back this acquired knowledge to my team. I do encourage all project managers, Project control engineers, leads, manager and all Contract Managers to endeavor to attend this summit. *E get why*!
